Sisyrinchium Quait & Queer - also known as var. Biscutella. Common names Blue eyed grass, is a semi evergreen perennial plant in the family Iridaceae. 

It is a clump forming perennial of narrowly sword-shaped leaves with erect stems carrying solitary or clustered, unusual dusky purple & yellow star-shaped flowers  in spring & summer. Remove dead foliage after flowering. Propagate via division.
