Clematis montana Fragrant Spring is a vigorous climber.
Flowering - in abundance in May - June. Fragrant dusky pink flowers blooming over contrasting bronze stemmed foliage.
Aspect - Full sun to part shade - south or west facing walls or trellis are ideal
Soil - Moist but good drainage
Height x spread: 10m x 1m (Height can be controlled by pruning)
Pruning Group 1 - no pruning required. Simply tidy after flowering
Hardiness - H5 Cold Winter 10c - 15c

9cm liners - small rooted cuttings, cut back twice and suitable for growing on in your greenhouse ready to be planted out the following spring/summer.
3L plant - established plant approx 45-60cm tall (depending on time of year and pruning group) in a 3L recycled plastic tall rose pot with a cane support, colour label & plenty of growth.
