Dierama erectum - Wand flower, Angels' fishing rods, African hairbell. These amazing plants dangle their flowers from a 'fishing rod'. They form long arching stems and produce open bell flowers that hang from fine, very slender stems.
•Non-evergreen perennial (herbaceous) with green leaves and clusters of pale pink flowers on upright stems. Flowers from July - August.

•Position: likes full sun, tolerates part shade.
•Soil pH: all soil types
•Moisture: likes well drained soil, moisture retentive soil but don't like being wet over winter - hardy plant if in a sheltered position.
